Victor Wembanyama is being called the “best NBA prospect since LeBron James”. Some people even go as far as to say he is the best prospect ever. At 7’2″ he plays like a small forward. It is something almost unheard in the NBA. While Wembanyama is tall and lanky, he plays aggressively and is athletic with a great ball handle. He could be the next best player in the league and the San Antonio Spurs will likely draft him No. 1 overall.

Wembanyama gets the Kevin Durant comparison. They both have similar builds and play a similar style of basketball. Durant has been a top 5 player in the NBA for over a decade now and Wembanyama can be just that for the next decade to come. Wembanyama is even taller than Durant though and could be even more dominant.

People forget that the nickname for Kristaps Porzingis was once “The Unicorn”. This was because he was so big but played like a guard. Wembanyama does that but to a greater extent.
