Jarrett Culver NBA Draft Profile

Bio:

Similar potential and player to Deandre Hunter as he has great athleticism and size. He will be a great NBA defender and even averaged 18 points per game at Texas Tech. Although, like Hunter, his offensive playmaking and ability to get his own shot is what puts him behind RJ Barrett. His shooting also is a reason why he may not be an elite NBA player but a solid role player to 3rd option on a team as he shot just 30% from three his sophomore season.

NBA Comparison: Kelly Oubre

This comparison seems spot on as Oubre is an athletic wing player with good size who defends. Oubre also has struggled with his shot in the NBA as a career 32% three point shooter. Yet he still manages to average 15-16 points per game in his best seasons with the Wizards and Suns. Oubre still has potential to be a better player but will need to improve his ability to play make and knock down threes at a higher rate.
