Bio:

Bol Bol could end up being the biggest steal of the draft. At 7’2″ Bol shot 52% from 3 and 52% overall from the field in just 9 games at Oregon. He also averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds per game. His shooting ability and ball handling ability make him a very versatile player who plays a lot like a small forward. Bol could dominate the NBA at this size to go along with that skill set. That is if he can stay healthy, which is why his draft stock has plummeted from top 5 down to as far as mid 20’s.

NBA Comparison: Kevin Durant / Kristaps Porzingis

The Durant comparison is a little generous given he is not as athletic or coordinated as Durant but both are 7 footers and can shoot the lights out while handling the ball. A better comparison might be Kristaps who again is a 7 footer who can shoot and create his own shot and is more on par with Bol’s athleticism and coordination. Bol has some work to do to get to these guy’s level, but if he stays healthy he can.
